How does this work?

Because I can work in-person, by phone or over the internet, I can work with you wherever you are in the world.

In our initial session we identify your needs and then use my five-step program to customize a solution to meet those business development goals.

We will have 3 sessions per month for nine months. Ultimately the duration of our work together depends on your goals and where you are in developing your business.

You will take action each week, spending on average one hour doing online learning, reading, written exercises and/or research in support of your business goals.
You will be asked to think differently about how to build a business, what you really offer and how to communicate your unique value to your target audience.

What makes me qualified to help you?

Extensive credentials, education and training: I am one of the first 100 certified personal branding strategists in the world, one of the first 35 certified online identity strategists in the world, and a certified career coach, certified executive coach and business coach. I have two bachelors degrees in International Relations and Semiotics and a masters degree in Multimedia Communications. I have also taken, and continue to take, extensive course work in entrepreneurial coaching and career and business development.
Extensive business development and international experience: I have over 15 years experience in career and business development, having worked with professionals, entrepreneurs and students from Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and the Middle East.
My unique approach using personal branding: The fastest, easiest and most satisfying way to business success is through leveraging your unique strengths and value to meet the needs of your target market. You must be able to identify and communicate this unique value in a differentiated, compelling way if you want to really "connect" with this target audience and convince them your business is the one best suited to meet their needs. There is no better way to do this than through personal branding, which is at the core of my approach.
My focus on leveraging technology and your online identity: A business, particularly a portable one, cannot survive in today's global marketplace without leveraging the power of technology. It is almost impossible to have a business that can support your life and not the other way around without it. And having a strong online identity and network is no longer "optional" for the successful expat entrepreneur. As an online identity strategist, I use my degree in Multimedia Communications and my belief that technology transforms lives to help you build your brand and your business on- and off-line.
